We’re excited to share the completion of the new Giant Bicycles store in Shoreham, delivering a retail environment designed around riders, community and performance.

The Shoreham store forms part of Giant’s evolving retail vision, focused on creating spaces that feel welcoming, intuitive and aligned with how customers engage with the brand. More than a traditional bike shop, the space has been designed to support both product discovery and everyday interaction, bringing together bikes, apparel, accessories and rider services within one cohesive environment.

In partnership with Giant, we developed a rider-first layout structured around a series of connected zones. From bike displays and apparel to accessories, bike fitting services and a dedicated rider lounge, each area has been carefully considered to guide movement while allowing the space to feel open and easy to navigate.

Rather than creating a fixed retail environment, the store has been designed to adapt over time. Custom modular merchandising fixtures allow the space to evolve alongside the product offering, supporting seasonal changes, new launches and ongoing community use without losing consistency or impact

Material choices were deliberately layered to balance the industrial nature of the space with warmth and approachability. Natural finishes, muted tones and planting sit alongside Giant’s bold brand colours, creating an environment that feels both premium and accessible.

Projects like this allow us to explore how retail spaces can support more than just transaction and creating environments where product, brand and community come together in a way that feels natural and considered.

The result is a confident and flexible retail space for Giant Bicycles in Shoreham, designed to support riders, showcase product and act as a hub for the local cycling community.
