Built to Be Experienced

Dynamic Cycling Fit does not simply sell a product. It gives riders a clearer understanding of how their body, bike and performance work together. For Eurobike 2026 in Frankfurt, DCF needed a space that made that proposition instantly understandable, without turning a highly technical process into something cold or overcomplicated.

Whiteroom was appointed to design, build and install a striking live demonstration experience for the brand. The result was a confident, open stand that brought the technology into full view, created space for real conversations and gave visitors a reason to stop rather than simply pass by.

Approach

We treated the stand less like a traditional exhibition space and more like a working performance environment. The fitting technology sat at the heart of the experience, supported by live demonstrations, digital content, product displays and clear visual storytelling.

The architecture was deliberately clean and controlled. Strong black and white brand blocking gave the stand authority, while DCF’s vivid green created sharp moments of energy across the space. Oversized graphic structures and suspended linear lighting helped the stand hold its own in a busy hall, but the real strength came at ground level. Open edges, visible equipment and clearly defined demonstration zones removed the usual barriers and invited people straight into the process.

Whiteroom managed the project from initial design through technical development, build coordination, installation and final delivery in Frankfurt. It needed to look effortless. As ever, making it feel effortless took a fair amount of work.

Project Value

The completed stand gave DCF more than visibility. It gave the brand a physical way to prove what it does.

Visitors could see the system in action, understand the value of the data and speak directly with the team in an environment designed around demonstration rather than decoration. This helped generate strong footfall, sustained engagement and meaningful conversations throughout the show.

For DCF, Eurobike became a live expression of the brand’s expertise: technical but approachable, precise without feeling clinical, and confident enough to let the experience do the talking.
