Milan’s New Home for Merrell and Saucony

A flexible, brand-led workspace designed for Wolverine Worldwide in Milan, located in one of the city's most iconic high-rise buildings. The new space brings together Wolverine's European operations under one roof, creating a vibrant, collaborative environment designed to support growth. The workspace flexes seamlessly between showroom, meeting and everyday working modes, while reflecting the distinct personalities of the Merrell and Saucony brands within one cohesive environment.

Our Approach

We developed a clean, urban workspace with bold accents drawn from the energy and spirit of each brand. Open-plan zones, showroom areas, and breakout spaces were designed with clear sightlines and maximum flexibility. Materiality was kept simple and architectural, allowing vibrant product displays, brand storytelling, and strong graphic elements to take centre stage. Natural light, greenery, and thoughtful spatial flow further enhanced the user experience.
